Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our prestigious jewelers company. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive online brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital landscape, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create and optimize digital campaigns across various channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our jewelers company, increase online visibility, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the jewelry industry, ensuring our digital marketing efforts stay ahead of the competition.
Plan, create, and execute compelling digital campaigns, including ad copy, graphics, and landing pages, to maximize conversion rates and generate high-quality leads.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and achieve marketing goals.
Manage and optimize the company's website and e-commerce platform, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
Collaborate with internal teams, including the creative team, sales team, and product team, to ensure consistent messaging, brand voice, and product positioning across all digital marketing channels.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, recommending new strategies and technologies to drive innovation and improve campaign effectiveness.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries across digital platforms, maintaining a positive brand image and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, presenting insights, recommendations, and progress toward marketing goals to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the jewelry industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for digital platforms.
Familiarity with website analytics tools, website management platforms, and e-commerce platforms.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
