Key Responsibilities:
• Task Management and Execution:
• Collaborate with various departments to understand and fulfill assigned tasks.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to meet company goals.
• Meeting Participation and Documentation:
• Attend departmental and interdepartmental meetings.
• Record detailed minutes and action items, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.
• Research and Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth research as requested by supervisors to support marketing initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Social Media managementmedia:
• Oversee and update social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram).
• Create and schedule engaging and relevant content to drive audience engagement.
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions to maintain a positive brand image.
• Content Creation and copywritingcreation:
• Write compelling and creative copy for social media posts, blogs, emails, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• SEO and Digital advertisingdigital:
• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
• Email Marketing:
• Design, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns.
• Develop targeted email lists and track performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Required skills and qualifications:
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Strong creative writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, MailChimp).
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• Certifications in social media marketing, SEO, creative writing, email marketing, or business communication.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
