Handling Marketing Department & Co-Operating with fellow Employees for the same 2. Marketing & Public Relations maintenance with Print Houses, Preparing Presentations, Marketing Plans 3. Handling of LinkedIn, FB profiles and increasing valid & relevant visibility 4. Taking Training & Self Development on Selected Product Platform. Leading Brand’s Marketing - SEO learning, post one month of his performance 5. Innovation: Marketing is all about Innovation: - Working on ideas shared by Team Members and generating new ideas for brand promotion for TRANSCON 6. Preparation of Marketing Collaterals & Database Preparation & Analysis 7. Use Canva & Doodly & other software for facilitating marketing activities 8. Representing the organization in National & International Exhibitions & Forum autonomously & when required with the Lead Director or Fellow Employees +. Hosting & Conducting Events on behalf of the Organization whenever & wherever required 10. Maintaining & Conforming to Systems & Processes of Organization 11. Preparation of Required presentations, Data & Reports for the Marketing Department 12. Increasing Product Knowledge on Selected Product lines of TRANSCON 13. Handling Facebook & Shopify & other eCommerce / Social Media platforms and contributing to the eCommerce business of TRANSCON. Driving the Ecommerce Business 14. Evaluation - PPTs as and when required by any internal customer of the company 15. Filler jobs as and when required by Organization or departmental heads 16. Survey Work - On Field. 17. Shooting Product Videos & Editing them 18. Making Testimonial Videos by co-ordinating with Technical Support Team to get pictures of Installation 1+. Creating a brand value of TRANSCON as an EMPLOYER & A GREAT PLACE TO WORK on Social Media Platform 20. Creating brand value of TRANSCON at the Industry Market Place 21.
