Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Budgeting and reporting for digital marketing activities and tracking the progress
· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand presence.
· Plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, such as search engines, social media platforms, and display networks.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the digital marketing landscape.
· Manage and optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and generate actionable insights.
· Oversee social media accounts and develop engaging content to build brand awareness, foster customer engagement, and drive website traffic.
· Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including creating and optimizing email templates, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign performance.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, content, and development, to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless user experience.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and propose innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
· Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
· Need to attend physical client meetings and pitch them to onboard new client.
· Need to have good awareness on Google algorithms and Facebook ads Guidelines.
· Basics on UI skills of HTML, CSS and managing server.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Lead or in a similar role, demonstrating successful implementation of digital marketing strategies.
· Proficient knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
· Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external agencies.
· Strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
· Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
· Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team and drive results
