Responsibilities:
Fueling Growth: Plan and execute online marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, PPC, Facebook Ads, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns, with a focus on achieving impressive returns.
Social Media Guru: Maintain and enhance our social media presence, engaging our audience and ensuring consistent branding.
Performance Tracking: Measure and report on campaign performance, assessing against ROI and KPIs, much like tracking customer reviews on your favorite app.
Creativity Unleashed Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance, brainstorming creative growth strategies.
Testing and Improvement: Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, collaborating with internal teams to enhance user experiences.
Data-Driven Insights: Use analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience, optimizing user funnels.
Collaboration: Collaborate with agencies and vendors, stay updated on emerging technologies, and provide thought leadership where needed.
Requirements and Skills:
Education: A degree in marketing or a related field. MBA in Marketing preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing SEO/SEM, PPC, Facebook Ads, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Creativity: Ability to devise engaging and motivating digital campaigns.
Tech Know-How: Proficiency in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Analytics: Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and ad-serving tools.
Stay Updated: Keep an eye on the latest online marketing trends.
Additional Responsibilities:
Campaign Mastery: Create and manage online campaigns to generate revenue and leads.
