Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web and Performance Marketing Executive with 6-8 years of hands-on experience to lead and optimize our web and paid digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will design and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, manage budgets, and deliver measurable growth in customer acquisition and ROI. You will also play a key role in driving results through the web through advanced analytics, and close cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, PPC, Display Advertising focused on increasing relevant traffic, driving web engagement and generating leads in line with business goals.
• Ensure that our main website remains the high-performing primary marketing vehicle for brand awareness and demand generation by developing and executing a strategic roadmap to ensure all web activities are in service of this goal
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging and develop new SEO-driven web content addressing high-opportunity keywords
• Marketing Campaign Support: Collaborate with campaign teams to create landing pages, campaign tracking, and web-based assets that drive lead generation.
• Web Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website performance, engagement, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and other tools, providing insights, recommendations and tactical execution of enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external agencies to align website efforts with broader marketing, branding, and product positioning strategies.
• User Experience (UX) & Information Architecture (IA): Ensure the website is intuitive, engaging, and optimized for conversion by monitoring user behavior and making recommendations for improvements.
• Track, manage, and report on defined digital and website performance KPIs, leveraging insights to optimize strategies and drive improvements.
• Optimize conversion rates and lead generation through A/B testing and performance tracking.
• Project Management: Manage website projects, working closely with designers, developers, and marketing colleagues to implement updates and new features.

Qualifications

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university
• In lieu of undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 - meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa

Experience
• Customarily has at least 7 years of experience in designing and developing based applications with preferably with .net/C# with Angular/REACT utilizing REST API

• Ability to provide thought leadership while working closely with Consulting, AppDev, BI teams, BDMs and CAs for pre-sales
• Ability to understand and prioritize the client’s technology needs and drive continuous improvement, user adoption, and business process maturity across different business functions
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Advanced technical skills and proven history of leading and supporting successful projects
