Position Overview: Tekone IT Services is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Lead with deep knowledge of the US staffing industry to drive our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of managing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, specifically tailored for the US staffing market. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement within the US staffing industry.
• SEO & SEM Management: Optimize our website and online presence for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and drive organic and paid traffic, specifically targeting US staffing clients.
• Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage content and campaigns across social media platforms with a focus on reaching and engaging the US staffing audience.
• Content Marketing: Oversee content creation, including blogs, whitepapers, and multimedia content, ensuring alignment with the marketing objectives and relevance to the US staffing market.
• Email Marketing: Design and manage targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing US clients.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, with a focus on metrics relevant to the US staffing industry, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals to achieve company goals, while aligning efforts with US staffing business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on the US staffing industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc. Strong understanding of the US staffing market, and ability to create strategies that resonate with the target audience.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading a marketing team and delivering successful digital campaigns tailored to the staffing industry.
