Position - Digital Marketing Lead
Experience - 5+ years
Location - Gurgaon / Jaipur
Summary
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Lead to work with our Marketing team and drive growth for our business. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of SEO, SMM, Designing and Content Writing. He/she will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies and demonstrating strong managerial skills.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, and drive growth for our business.
• Lead a team of marketers and work with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals. Make sure the team is fed with creative ideas and the content posted as a blog, vlog, reel, tweet, post etc., is top quality and aligns with brand language.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for improving website visibility and search engine rankings. Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to enhance organic traffic.
• Manage social media accounts across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. Create engaging content calendars, schedule posts, and monitor social media analytics to optimize performance.
• Continuously monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and support to the Marketing team to develop their skills.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing. Identify and implement new marketing channels and tactics to drive growth.
• Overall not just an executor but someone creative, self-motivated and driven to take on marketing passionately and is fearless in trying new ideas and voicing them to management.
Skills Required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset to make informed decisions.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and web analytics tools.
