Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
1) Design digital marketing strategies based on current marketing trends, market insights, and competitor activity. 2) Create Performance campaigns strategies for a specific set of products. 3) Planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends 4) Run Cross Sell & Upsell Charter for Enterprise Business 5) Establishing CLM factory for Enterprise Business 6) Handling the Digital Sales Group for Enterprise Business, as well as the Digitization of DSG Operations. 7) Account growth in terms of order booking and revenue, with a focus on focused accounts. 8) Drive funnel generation and its governance as part of the Digital Sales agenda in Enterprise.
+) Develop a 1:1 relationship with key stakeholders including account managers, DSG team members and others. 10) Communicate, track and report the performance of DSG team.
Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/MBA/MCA with minimum 6+ years of relevant experience 2) Strong Communications skills.
3) Self-initiator and Ability to think out of the box and strategically
• 4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5) Responsible for Training & Development of DSG team for Airtel Product line 6) Strong account management and relationship building skills. 7) Self-Motivated and Sales Oriented: Person should be highly sales focused with growing and generating new business by working on different stages of Funnel
