Digital Marketing Manager Job Description

We are searching for a highly creative digital marketing manager to lead our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence globally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities

· Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

· Developing and monitoring campaign budgets (Google Ads, LinkedIn, GA, attribution, adwords,..)

· Planning and managing our social media platforms.

· Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.

· Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.

· Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.

· Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

· Working with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

· Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:

· Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.

· A minimum of 5 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.

· In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

· Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

· Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

PPC Marketing – Google Ads Structure Optimization, Campaign Management, Reporting and Analysis.

SEO –Working knowledge of Keyword Research and Analysis, On page & Off Page Optimization, Content Opt, URL Opt, Local Listing, Site Map,robots.txt, meta tags(title,description,h1…h6, alt tag), Keyword density, canonical issues(IP & URL), Server signature, Fav-icon, SEO Friendly (page, url and content), Search Engine Indexing, Link Building(quality) and SEO Reporting

Social Media Marketing – Facebook business page, Google Business page, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube marketing strategies, Online reputation management and monitoring, Content Strategy & Marketing.

Video Marketing - Producing and/or directing video content for the marketing website, blog, YouTube, and other video platforms.

TO create and leverage interviews, testimonials, product demos, tutorials, webinars, and other storytelling styles in video format to strengthen emotional connections, engagement levels, and marketing initiatives.

Web Analytics – To analyze website traffic, revenue, Filter, Goals, conversion, pages/session, bounce rate, abundant rate, study the user experiences and behavior on the website and making changes accordingly.

Website Content Testing: Good knowledge of set up A/B and multivariate experiments in Google Website Optimizer.

Website Management – To review and manage the quality of content, creative, user friendly.

Online Advertising – Display and Rich Media Advertising, Behavioral Targeting and Ad networks, Basic Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing and Email Marketing.

Strategic Planning - Establishing own goals and of the team to match corporate goals, short term and long term budgets and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals
