Upright Migration Consultants is a multi-national immigration and education consulting company based in Melbourne, Australia.
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to support our Business. The position is based out in Chandigarh.
The selected individual would:
· Manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, and blogs)
· Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, to promote brand awareness and brand-focused messages. This may include graphic design, photography, and videography as required
· Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post
· Identify new target markets and create strategies to target these via paid and unpaid campaigns, to extend the reach of social media pages, increase followers and brand awareness, and ultimately lead to an increase in online sales and new recruits
· Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, and analyze and report on costs and benefits
· Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
· Support the Sales Team to ensure their presence on social media is of the highest possible standard
· Creation of digital strategy to be executed across all digital channels
• Work with Business Development Manager to digitalize the content to increase the revenue.

Skills & Experience
• A minimum experience of 1 year, working in a similar role within the industry (preferable)
• Ability to work in a collaborative team in a professional services environment
• Catering to tight deadlines and managing conflicting priorities and client expectations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good Command over Hindi, Punjabi, and English is mandatory.
• An energetic and creative personality, with a 'can-do attitude.
