About Cendrol is a leading home construction company headquartered in Bangalore, with offices and teams in Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kochi. Cendrol aims to offer an end to services for home construction owners from finding a property, to design, constructing, and interior design and execution by collaborating with the best real estate and design companies all with the help of the Cendrol technology platform.
Duties:
1. Responsible for overall marketing strategy, planning, and execution primarily focusing on digital channels.
2. Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Linked in YouTube, etc.)
3. Accelerate sales and revenue programs.
4. Strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
5. Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
6. Remarketing using Facebook & Google ads also conducting SMS & Email campaigns.
7. Develop customer competitor, and market intelligence.
8. Develop sales team and marketing team automation flow.

• Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives.
• Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions, and other marketing projects.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets.
• Develop sales forecasting and product branding plans.
• Establish and grow a target market share.
• Monitor costs and budgets.
• Conduct customer, brand, and product research initiatives.
• Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media, and events.
• Negotiate with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts.
• Work with the new business development team and sales teams on brand initiatives Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules, and deadlines.
• May oversee the operation of a company’s website or email marketing program and provide analytics review.
• Bulk Data or re- marketing strategy.
