Esy Hire is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for a well-funded & growing product-based company in the Mumbai Location.
Key Responsibilities
- ● Scale ongoing retention campaigns across Email, SMS, Whatsapp, and Push Notifications
● Develop and execute retention strategies that support overall business goals and objectives
● Plan monthly/quarterly performance marketing strategies and roadmaps to drive growth
● End-to-end campaign management (From ideation to execution, monitoring, evaluating and optimizing campaign performance to generate results)
● Drive campaign optimizations via experiments & new initiatives - A/B testing, ad copies
● Campaign Analytics - Measure and report performances of all marketing campaigns against goals and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and ROI
● Research and analyze competitor retention strategies and tactics
● Develop and execute social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin) strategies for retention and new customer acquisition
● Manage periodic reviews & daily reporting with internal stakeholders
● Work closely with website development teams to build landing pages
● Explore emerging digital marketing channels like Quora ads, Sharechat ads
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, and share insights and knowledge with the team and other departments
● Coordinate with external vendors and account managers from ad networks, to ensure campaigns are running effectively and efficiently
Qualifications:
● 4+ years of experience in Digital / Online / Performance Marketing with core expertise in Email and Social Media Marketing
● Expert in Social media marketing tools and ad platforms, such as Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ads, Linkedin ads
● Proficient in email, sms marketing, push notifications and other related channels
● Fair understanding of third-party web and app tracking tools like Google Analytics, Firebase,
Clevertap & Branch analytics
● Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
● Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions to drive continuous optimization
● A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
