Position Summary and Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing manager would be responsible for developing brand strategies (especially digital), promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans with a data driven mindset to drive volume and profitability for short and long term.

The individual would need to have a deep knowledge about market research, analytics and consumer behaviour, especially in the context of a B2B services in India and other strategic markets.

The individual would need to focus on creating Digital Brands across multiple digital platforms and social media and help drive growth in brand and product lines through social media and internet based marketing. This would include (but not limited to) creating channel roles, content strategy and social persona development and would help in lead generation and necessary closure leading to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Takes responsibility as the key anchor for digital marketing of the company and key stakeholders

· Plans, implements, and executes successful digital mostly brand building initiatives with focus on pre-defined outcome metrices

· Sets up a brand planning calendar, coordinates with cross-functional and cross-geography teams

· Manages timelines effectively and impacts creating high volume and profitability to CEEI initiatives throughout the year through partnerships, social media, alumni interactions and managing other channels

· Work in tandem with sales team and top leadership of CEEI to create geography and vertical specific initiatives

· Have strong corporate communication skills along with a strategic mindset

· Create corporate relationships and generate business leads

Experience and Skills Required

· Individual with 4-6 years of demonstratable experience of working in Brand Management with special focus on Digital Brand Management and lead generation through Digital

· Should have experience in shaping company’s image through various Brand building initiaitves across multiple channels

· Experience in B2B services special preference to luxury services

· Hands on experience with Digital Branding and Digital Marketing

· Ability to analyze trends in various verticals and geographies to generate business

· Has an in-depth understanding of clients/industries and should be able to brand customized business offerings.

· Can work on multiple tasks at once without losing track, foresees and plans around obstacles.

· Should be detailed oriented and be comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

· Should possess excellent analytical skills and be a problem solver

· Should be able to navigate ambiguity well

· Should be a high caliber individual with a relevant Master’s degree, MBAs preferred

Salary Range

The expected salary is in the range of Rs. 5-8 LPA + annual bonus
