Role Definition
The Digital Media Manager is responsible for overseeing the formulation of the company's digital media strategy and its implementation. The responsibilities also include hiring and building a competent and effective team of various experts in the field of creative content writers, SEO/SMM specialists, graphic designers, PPC specialists and so on.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute digital media strategies including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns that align with the company's overall marketing and communications goals
• Prepare and manage budgets for digital media campaigns and ensure that all campaigns are cost-effective and meet the company's ROI goals
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence via all social media accounts
• Leading and managing a team of digital media specialists, including mentoring and coaching team members to help them reach their full potential
• Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaigns overall performance
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
• Evaluate important metrics that affect company's website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
• Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
• Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
• Build an inbound marketing plan
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and operations development, to ensure that digital media efforts are integrated and aligned with the company's overall strategy
Skills and competencies required
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
• Demonstrated ability to establish key relationships with business leaders
