JOB BRIEF:
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing person who will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing social media marketing campaigns for a company.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Understanding the company’s offerings and creating Social Media strategies.
• Develop, execute and manage social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions on all social media platforms.
• Create engaging, informative, and engaging social media content aligned with the company's branding and Marketing Requirements.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, report on campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimise social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and integrate them into the company's social media strategy.
• Manage and grow social media accounts by posting regularly engaging with followers, and monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and feedback.
• Work with designers, and writers to develop visual and written content for social media platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other partners to amplify social media campaigns.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and ad creative development.
WHAT POSITION DEMANDS:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketeer or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, including strong writing and editing abilities.
• Demonstrable experience with social media management and advertising platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Creative thinker and problem solver with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Passion for social media and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
