We are looking for a young budding marketing professional to work with us at AIKHYA INFRA DEVELOPERS for Sites located in Sadashivpet. Who has good Experience in the real estate sector, we have left an imprint across different projects - residential, commercial and plots.
The Marketing Executive will be the single point of contact for all marketing and sales activities. She/he will coordinate with all third party vendors, agencies and consultants to ensure all timelines are met.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Develop advertising and sales promotion strategies for real estate projects.
Generating prospective clients from various marketing campaigns and passing to the sales team for servicing.
Work with third party designers, ad-agencies and consultants to implement marketing strategies & coordinate for promotional activities & events.
Create marketing & communication collaterals like brochures, newsletters, etc, Execute and maintain site branding and site upkeep in line with ongoing campaigns
Host and represent company in property shows and online property portals
Identify new innovative avenues of communication and media vehicle to be used on corporate and project level
To take the feedback from Sales and presales team on leads during campaign & sustenance period and communicate to relevant teams.
Suggest lead generation & branding avenue to digital manager
Train the Sales team on communication & pitching, technical details, identifying appropriate leads which can qualify, appropriate channels to generate leads, work on CRM tools, etc.
Branding and promotion of real estate projects. Maintaining social media presence by posting relevant content on a weekly basis.
Key Skills:
- Excellent verbal & written communication in English and basic command over Hindi
- Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision
- Go-getter attitude resulting in high decibel of competitiveness
- Good convincing power
Mandatory:
- Powerful communication skills in English
- Experience in marketing, digital marketing and lead generation.
- At least 6 years of marketing in real estate experience required
