The Role
• Drive the creation of web pages through content development, page prototyping, wireframing, asset creation, tagging, SEO, etc.
• You’ll be a primary contributor to the efficacy of digital marketing channels, specifically Web and will drive the optimization and personalization strategy using Adobe Target and other marketing technology
• Drive optimization of marketing programs, assets, opt-in forms, campaigns, etc. across the entire digital customer journey
• Help digitally drive the promotion and awareness of Honeywell campaigns, branding efforts, and amplification through Honeywell.com and business-related websites
• Assist in the development of web marketing KPIs that drive success across digital marketing efforts
• Advise Customer Marketing requestors on design strategy and functionality possibilities
• Follow existing web and brand templates and guidelines, and assist in refining them
• Work closely with creative teams to bring new initiatives and product introductions to life.
• Understand copy content and marry it with powerful imagery. Flag copy issues or inconsistencies for clients and writers
• Use customer feedback to deliver a high UX
• Ensure websites meet accessibility and privacy standards
• Manage project execution. Identify, document, and translate requirements into executable plans that adhere to timeline and budget.
• Steer stakeholders through the project lifecycle and set expectations.
• Monitor performance and analysis of website data to make measurable improvements to UX, campaign execution and conversion rates from multiple digital channels.
• Execute website content updates.
• Develop and implement SEO recommendations
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of website governance
• Manage, brief, guide and consult with digital marketing agency in line with digital strategy
• Lead a direct team to deliver content authoring, tagging, SEO for Honeywell.com
• Lead across matrixed teams in all SBGs to drive standard work, best practice and adherence to corporate guidelines and standards
• Participate and project manage strategic project to improve web performance
• You’ll also get the opportunity to work with all aspects of the marketing team and collaborate in a variety of strategic efforts

YOU MUST HAVE
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Technology, Business Management, or related field
• You have 10+ years of experience with Adobe AEM or equivalent digital tools
• You have demonstrated a deep technical knowledge of website management, SEO, and digital advertising
• You can translate digital performance into actionable insights
• You can skillfully identify and manage areas of operational improvement based on the needs and strategies of multiple teams
• Experience managing multicultural/multilingual teams
• Strong project management skills
• Passion for winning!
