JOB DESCRIPTION - DIGITAL MARKETING
MANAGER

B2B content platform that leverages technology and sound processes to ensure timely
delivery of high-quality content.
Responsibilities:
● Develop digital marketing strategies in line with management’s business objectives
● Determine marketing budget along with the ROI’s and KPI’s
● Manage all digital marketing channels including organic and paid campaigns
● Devise strategies to build strong presence across digital channels such as Website,
SEO, Social Media , Webinars , Events and Email Campaigns
● Ability to manage paid campaigns independently and drive the performance
marketing campaigns
● Develop strategic approach for leads driven integrated marketing campaigns
● Work with content management team to devise the content strategy
● Complete ownership of lead generation through digital channels
● Achieve the desired number of leads and marketing qualified leads as per company’s
target
● Ability to analyze the performance of digital marketing channels and devise further
strategies to increase the performance
● Adept in B2B and B2C Marketing targeting India and Asia Pacific regions
● Work closely with sales teams to understand the quality of the leads and improve the
performance of campaigns
● Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop all marketing collaterals as per
industry standard required for successful execution of campaigns
● Manage the marketing metrics, reports and dashboards on regular basis.
Requirements:
● Candidate should have end to end digital marketing execution experience
● Master’s degree in marketing will be an advantage
● 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing and minimum 3 years of experience as
digital marketing manager
● Ability to work in fast paced startup environment
● Ability to work with external agencies/freelancers to get the required deliverables
● Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a must
