Your Roles and Responsibilities
Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google Ads Management:
• Develop and execute effective digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Google Ads.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI and meeting predefined goals and KPIs.
• Conduct thorough audience targeting, ad creation, and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
• Working closely with the team to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
• Create and implement digital media strategies to increase leads, improve campaigns, and build customer databases.
• A/B testing, data analysis, and stakeholder communication management.
• Use Digital Analytics tools to track customers' digital footprint on the channels - track user behavior, usage, and drop-outs at various stages of the customer journey on the platforms.
• Regular competition analysis and feature benchmarking to track digital channel performance compared to other industry players.
SEO Strategy and Implementation:
• Lead the development of comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and recommend on-page and off-page optimizations.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Website Optimization and Technical Management:
• Take ownership of website optimization, ensuring fast loading times, mobile responsiveness, and user-friendly navigation.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO enhancements, including metadata optimization, schema markup, and website structure improvements.
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools and provide insights to drive continuous optimization.
Project Management:
• Manage multiple digital marketing projects end to end, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and content, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient execution and achieving desired outcomes.
How We’d Expect You To Split Your Time
• Very thoughtfully. But here’s an indicative split as a guide:
• Client Relationship Management: 40%
• Team Management & Mentorship: 20%
• New Business Development: 40%
What You’ll Need (must haves for the role)
• 5+ years of experience across digital media and performance marketing and strong understanding of digital marketing.
• Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, social media, programmatic, and other digital channels.
• Well-equipped with tools such as Google Ads, FB Business Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Clarity, VWO, Optimize, Search Console, etc.
• Well-equipped with campaign structures, keyword analysis, and optimization steps in tools such as Google Ads, FB Business Manager, etc.
• You have a solid campaign and channel analysis and reporting expertise, including Google Analytics 4 experience.
• Expertise in migrating GA to GA4 with relevant tracking
• Proficient in Advanced MS Excel, well equipped with VlookUp, Pivot, etc.
• Proficiency in using Google Looker Studio to create dynamic reports with multiple filters
• Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, excellent skills in working with cross-functional teams, agencies, and work within desired TATs.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects with many small moving parts in a fast-paced environment within deadlines.
• Ability to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Aware of the latest digital media tool and technology.
• A growth mindset to adapt to new projects with swiftness and effectiveness.
What Would Be Nice to Have
• Master’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience managing large account portfolios
• Ability to integrate social media into PR plans
• Freshly brewed coffee-making skills. But don't worry, we won't judge you for it.
