Digital Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented social media manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement a social media strategy: The social media manager should be able to create and execute a comprehensive social media plan that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives.

· Create and publish engaging content: The social media manager should have the skills and knowledge to create and publish a variety of content types (e.g., text, images, videos) that resonate with the target audience and drives engagement.

· Monitor and analyze social media performance: The social media manager should use social media analytics tools to track and measure the success of the company's social media efforts, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

· Manage online reputation: The social media manager should be able to monitor online conversations and respond to any negative comments or reviews in a professional and timely manner.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The social media manager should work closely with other departments, such as marketing, PR, and customer service, to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels and a seamless customer experience.

· Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices: The social media manager should continuously educate themselves on the latest social media trends and best practices and incorporate them into the company's social media strategy as appropriate.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree degree in Marketing or related field.

· Must have 2 Years to 4 Years experience similar role.

· Preference experience in Real Estate/Banking/ NBFC/Finance Industry.

· Creative thinker and data-driven

· Proven track record of project management and strong attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Proven work experience as a social media manager

· Hands on experience in content management

· Excellent copywriting skills

· Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)

· Solid knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization, keyword research and Google Analytics

· Knowledge of online marketing channels

· Familiarity with web design

· Excellent communication skills

· Analytical and multitasking skills

Position – Social Media Manager

Experience - Minimum 2 Years – 4 Years (Preference Real Estate/Banking/ NBFC/Finance Industry Experience)

Job Type - Full-time (6 Days) (Work Form Office)

Office Location - Noida

Salary: 20,000 – 45,000 (Depends on your interview and experience)
