As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive online visibility, increase brand awareness, and optimize digital campaigns to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
• Manage all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including defining campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and budget allocation.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, utilizing analytics tools to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and development, to ensure consistency in brand messaging and a seamless user experience across all digital channels.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, identifying new opportunities and emerging platforms to drive innovation and business growth.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing initiatives.
• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective strategies are implemented.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to the management team, communicating campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, strategies, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
• Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and industry changes.
