Experience: - 3 – 6 yrs.
CTC: - Upto 8.5 LPA
Notice Period: - Immediate to 15 days
Job Location: - Hyderabad (On-Site/WFO)
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in email marketing and digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in increasing engagement and conversions through email and other digital channels.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in email marketing and digital marketing
• Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Gmass etc
• Experience in managing leads/contacts and newsletter, webinar campaigns
• LinkedIn ADs Experience is a MUST
• Proficient in digital marketing channels, including social media, paid advertising, and SEO
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in creating campaigns
• Proven track record of success in increasing engagement and conversions through email and digital channel
• Experience managing a team of email and digital marketing specialists
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and digital marketing
Good To have: -
Experience in working in IT services field
• Knowledge in selling RPA, CRM and ERPs
