Job Description
Business 10x is seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is an all-rounder who possesses a strong knowledge of effective and efficient marketing campaigns, performance marketing, content creation, and out-of-the-box thinking. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients with their regular marketing needs, developing long-term strategies, and delivering on commitments.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet clients' business objectives.
Create and manage effective and efficient marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
Drive performance marketing initiatives, including analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
Oversee content creation efforts, ensuring high-quality and engaging content across multiple platforms and formats.
Collaborate with clients to understand their long-term business needs and align marketing strategies accordingly.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and make informed recommendations.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and copywriters, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Continuously explore new and innovative ideas to drive client growth and differentiate Business 10x in the market.
Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels, and tactics.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing and driving measurable results.
• Proficiency in content creation and management across various platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
