Responsibilities
Ability to run FB/ Google campaigns, Influencer marketing & App Marketing
You will be a part of the team that has the following Responsibilities:
To understand user personas; and basis personas work with product team to devise product strategy
To directly drive all acquisition numbers from paid, organic and referral sources
To manage the marketing budget across channels and ensure blended CAC is within the target range
To drive retention strategies and be responsible for MAU, DAU
Responsible for monetization numbers and total revenue
Define metrics and dashboards for monitoring and evaluating marketing success
Build and lead a high performance marketing team; and manage external agencies, influencers, freelancers etc.
Devise actionables from customer insights
Requirements
3+ yrs of Digital Marketing experience (preferred if in a B2C fintech)
Prior track record of scaling growth / customer acquisition
Numbers driven mindset - get behind the numbers to understand what they mean Hands-on approach and a willingness to roll-up one's sleeves and get the job done
Ability to work independently and drive product with minimal direction
Thrive in a start-up environment: love dealing with pace, changing needs, and limited resources; high agency
Preferred: Prior b2c wealth tech marketing experience
