Job Brief:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Content Creation, and various other campaigns. This role requires hands-on experience with advanced tools and a proven track record in digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Ads strategies to increase online presence and traffic.
● Create and manage content marketing strategies and campaigns to engage target audiences. ● Lead and manage a team of 10+ digital marketing professionals, ensuring they meet key performance indicators.
● Oversee 15+ projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
● Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytical tools, making data-driven decisions to optimize existing campaigns.
● Review analytics regularly to assess the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
● Set and meet goals for traffic, user engagement, and conversions.
● Focus on the company's growth by identifying new opportunities and strategies for expansion. ● Increase brand awareness through effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
● Communicate with stakeholders to align business goals and marketing efforts.
● Ensure team members are Google Analytics and Google AdWords certified.
● Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, BingChat for marketing automation and customer engagement. ● Create visually compelling content using tools like Canva.
● Conduct website audits using tools like Screaming Frog, SEMRush.
● Develop and maintain a marketing dashboard to track KPIs and ROI
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
● Manage and allocate budget for various digital marketing campaigns.
● Conduct A/B tests to understand consumer behavior and preferences.
● Ensure compliance with legal guidelines in all marketing materials and campaigns.
● Provide training and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements and Skills:
● Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
● Google Analytics and Google AdWords certification is a must
● Facebook Ads Certification is a must
● Extensive experience with Video Marketing including Youtube, Tiktok & Instagram videos ● Strong experience with SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing
● Experience with influencer marketing & affiliate marketing
● Must have managed a team of 10 or more people
● Must have overseen 15+ projects
● Excellent communication and content writing skills
● Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT, BingChat
● Experience with Canva for content creation
● Familiarity with Screaming Frog, SEMRush is a must
