Position: Digital Marketing Manager/PPC Expert
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Role and Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop effective paid search strategies
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, advancements, and competitor activities to inform research direction.
• Launch and optimise various PPC campaigns
• Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Meta, YouTube, etc.)
• Build relevant in keyword selection and audience targeting
• Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI.
• Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards).
• Develop and implement research strategies aligned with organisational goals and market needs.
• Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors.

• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration of new methodologies, technologies, and areas of research.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, advancements, and competitor activities to inform research direction.
• Develop and manage the research budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the research team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities.
Requirements and skills:
• Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Team handling experience is a must.
• Have 5+ years relevant exposure in handling SAAS Products PPC Accounts
• Have 3+ years relevant exposure in building and implementing SEO Audits and practices.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo) is preferred.
• Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics/Tableau/WebTrends etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Any graduate & post Graduate in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; AdWords certification is a plus
