Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We're looking for a digital marketing manager with a strong focus on web-based marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for managing our brand's online presence across various platforms, with a primary focus on newsletters, WhatsApp, email marketing, and our Shopify-based CMS.
Responsibilities:
Newsletter Creation and Management:
• Develop engaging and informative newsletters to promote our brand's products or services.
• Manage subscriber lists, segmenting audiences for targeted campaigns.
• Analyze newsletter performance metrics to optimize content and increase engagement.
WhatsApp and Email Marketing:
• Craft compelling messages for WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns to reach our target audience.
• Implement strategies to grow our WhatsApp and email subscriber base.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
Website Management:
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our website to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with web developers to implement updates and improvements.
• Utilize SEO techniques to increase website traffic and visibility.
CMS (Shopify) Management:
• Manage customer data and utilize Shopify's CMS features to enhance the customer experience.
• Implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
• Monitor sales trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years experience in web-based marketing, including newsletter, WhatsApp and email marketing, and website management.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Shopify.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite/ Canva) is a plus.
