Compensation: 12 - 18 Lacs Per Annum
Key Responsibilities :
• Digital Marketing Oversight:
• Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies across Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality projects.
• Manage online content strategy, performance marketing, and process digitization.
• Campaign Management:
• Drive performance marketing campaigns to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure quality and efficacy.
• Website and SEO Management:
• Oversee website optimization and security, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Online Reputation Management (ORM).
• Ensure that the website and digital assets are secure, high-performing, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Social Media Strategy:
• Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
• Budget and Vendor Management:
• Handle budgeting, billing, and vendor management related to digital marketing activities.
• Ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Reporting and Performance Reviews:
• Prepare detailed reports on digital marketing performance.
• Conduct performance reviews to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Team Development:
• Manage and mentor the digital marketing team.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

• High experience in developing the LMS, using tools like SEO, SEM, ORM, CRM
Education & Experience
• Education: MBA or PGDM with a focus on Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in the Real Estate sector and proven team leadership experience.
• Certification: Relevant certification in digital marketing.
