Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including the ability to create and track landing pages and analyse their performance.
Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) is essential. Additionally, knowledge and experience with CRM systems, user journey creation, and marketing communication plans are required.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with TERN’s business goals
• Conduct market research to understand target audiences and identify marketing opportunities
• Create, manage, and optimise campaigns across digital channels including email, social media, PPC, and SEO
• Design and execute landing pages, ensuring proper tracking and analytics setup
• Analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools to measure success and optimise ROI
• Utilise CRM systems to manage and optimise customer relationships and marketing efforts
• Create and manage user journeys and marketing communication plans to enhance user engagement and conversion.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to keep TERN ahead of the curve.
Experience required :
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• At least 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO
• Strong technical skills for creating and tracking landing pages and setting up analytics.
• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics
• Experience with CRM systems and managing customer relationships
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities.
• Knowledge of specific tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and SEMrush.
Preferred Skills :
• Certification in Google Analytics and Google Ads
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress / Webflow
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead projects independently
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and trend identification
• Experience with A / B testing and conversion rate optimization.
