Digi Marketers is a leading Australian digital marketing agency offering comprehensive website design and marketing solutions.
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing remote team.
In This Role, You Will :
• Manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (Meta Ads, Ads, Youtube Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
• Manage Google Ads and SEO.
• Implement and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies
• Analyse web analytics data to optimise campaign performance
• Conduct a variety of online marketing activities
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and team members
Must-Haves :
• Proven Experience : Minimum 2+ years of experience successfully managing social media marketing campaigns.
• Digital Marketing Expertise : Strong understanding and practical experience with various digital marketing channels, including Social Media Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and web analytics.
We are happy to train you if you only have strong expertise in one or two of the digital marketing channels mentioned above and not all of them.
• Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Analytical Mindset : Skilled at analysing web analytics data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and optimise strategies.
• Remote Work Pro : Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and excel in a remote work environment.
• Schedule Adherence : Committed to working 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM IST
• Long-Term Commitment : Willingness to sign a one-year contract (minimum).
• Serious Work Ethic : We value passion, dedication, and a genuine desire to excel in digital marketing.
Qualifications :
• Social media marketing skills including Meta Ads, Ads, Youtube Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
• Digital marketing skills including Google Ads, SEO
• Web analytics skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in managing social media campaigns
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
