1. SEO & SEM (Search Engine Optimization & Marketing)
Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads
2. Content Marketing
Strategy planning for blogs, videos, infographics, etc.
Alignment with brand voice and SEO goals
3. Email Marketing
Experience with campaigns, automation tools, segmentation, and A/B testing
4. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Facebook Insights, etc.
Ability to generate, interpret, and act on reports
5. Social Media Strategy & Management
Deep knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Experience with paid ads, influencer partnerships, and community engagement
Paid Media & Advertising
Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads
Retargeting campaigns
ROI tracking and budget management
Marketing Automation & CRM
Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, Marketo, Salesforce
Customer segmentation and lead nurturing
Strategic & Leadership Skills
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate campaigns across multiple channels
2. Team Management & Delegation
Leading content creators, ad specialists, and social media executives
Setting KPIs and reviewing performance
3. Brand Management
Ensuring consistent brand tone and messaging
Handling brand crises or reputation issues online
4. Customer Journey Mapping
Understanding buyer personas and journey stages
5. Budgeting & Forecasting
Planning digital spend and forecasting lead/customer acquisition targets

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
