Key Responsibilities:
• Google Ad Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ad campaigns to maximize ROI. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal results.
• Social Media Management: Develop and implement effective social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content.
• Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop innovative and engaging digital content and marketing campaigns. Generate creative ideas that align with the company’s brand and marketing goals.
• SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimization, and manage SEO audits to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Analytics and Reporting: Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to measure and analyze website traffic and marketing campaign performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, content, and design teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and advertising to ensure best practices are implemented.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 7 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with specific expertise in Google Ad campaigns, social media management, creative development, and SEO.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and SEO tools.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media management tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
