Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives for the organization, including SEO/SEM, database
marketing, email campaigns, social media campaigns, and display advertising campaigns, in line with the
business and sales objectives
2. Plan and execute performance campaigns, measure and report performance of all digital marketing
campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
3. Design, build and maintain a strong and sustained social media presence for the brand and
organization, in line with the marketing and sales objectives
4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
5 Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
6 Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, and optimize the user experience
7 Analyze and evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and customer touch points
8 Plan and execute SEO initiatives for a strong presence on search engines and top results for the business
relevant keywords
+ Work with content manager/content agency to generate required content for the SEO initiatives
10 Manage ORM proactively initiating/soliciting customer reviews and testimonials and responding to reviews,

EDUCATIONAL
QUALIFICATIONS:

certification required)
Any graduate/ post-graduate degree
(Digital Marketing Certifications / Google Certified Digital Marketers
will have an added advantage)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
(no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)
5-6 years of relevant work experience in Digital Marketing.
Experience in Investment Banking, AMC, Wealth Management, Insurance, Commercial Real Estate, etc., will be preferred.

ESSENTIAL SKILL &
COMPETENCIES:

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Google AdWords, and other search engine marketing
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing
database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net
Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and
constraints
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
and measurement
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and
devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
