Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Bangalore (Onsite) Experience: ++ Years Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead digital marketing initiatives and elevate the TekWissen brand presence in the competitive recruitment industry, driving customer engagement and brand awareness through innovative digital strategies. This person will lead efforts in website content development social marketing, overall content strategy and other marketing systems related projects. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, text/email, and paid advertising, to promote our services and brand message. • Manage website content, social media platforms, creating compelling content, engaging with followers, and fostering community engagement to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. • Optimize website content and user experience to enhance online visibility, increase traffic, and drive conversions through SEO best practices and website analytics. Advise on and executes best practices for SEO (search engine optimization), SEM (search engine marketing) and content strategy • Monitor digital marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization and improvement. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation in recruitment marketing. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree or certification in digital marketing is a plus. • Proven track record of success in digital marketing roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a services industry, preferably in recruitment or consulting field. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels within and outside of the firm • Expertise in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and web analytics platforms. • Strong creative skills and ability to develop engaging content, graphics, and multimedia assets that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns • Broad knowledge of multiple facets of the digital experience, including web development, content strategy, analytics, user experience and optimization • Expertise in web writing, editing and proofreading, specific to an online environment • Self-starter, driven, and highly motivated • Ability to communicate complex systems to non-experts and present initiatives and results to multiple audiences • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Demonstrates great initiative and the ability to work independently • Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively across offices • Able to work extended and/or weekend hours, as required • Responsible for overseeing and coaching digital team in the future, if applicable.
