With our eyes set on the future, we are looking for an energetic, outcome-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. You will build and execute account-based and digital marketing campaigns for high-profile, enterprise-level B2B prospects. The position will work within our marketing department in collaboration with our business development team. You will work with our Demand Generation experts and business development reps on targeting the right companies and prospects, as well as leading the creative direction of all campaigns – including campaign concepts, messaging, copywriting, and tactical execution. You will have an eye for the market and show strong skills in marketing strategy and execution. You must have an affinity for marketing technology and how to use it. You have a strong marketing mind, an eye for creative messaging, and an established track record of implementing marketing campaigns and driving customer acquisition throughout the marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Marketing and business development to determine goals, target segments, campaign flows, creative and metric requirements for each campaign
• Collaborate with the Marketing and creative team to ensure cohesive design and execution of marketing campaigns
• Create, manage, and execute creative live/virtual events that are designed to advance sales discussions, showcase MarketStar solutions, and cultivate strong relationships
• Create, deploy, manage and monitor automated and demand generation marketing campaigns and tactics using Hubspot. Campaigns will include nurture programs, ABM programs, automated email communications, targeted digital advertising, and social media outreach
• Create emails, landing pages, templates, forms, offers and reports within Hubspot to support acquisition and engagement marketing programs to reach new customers and expand revenue growth within existing clients
• Support with research activities where requested by marketing and business development leaders
• Create and expand marketing automation best practices to increase demand generation metrics
• Establish closed-loop analytics to understand how our outbound marketing activity turns into measurable revenue pipeline, and continually refine our process to convert prospects

• Accomplished business writer with creative flare
• Ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions, including prospect research
• Ability to lead and manage projects and communicate cross-functionally with marketing and business development
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, balance multiple priorities and reprioritize as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and a technical nature to use technology to implement solutions
Qualifications:
• 3 or more years’ experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, and campaign development and implementation – B2B experience a plus
• Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or any related field
• Proficiency in Hubspot to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted prospects
• Advanced knowledge of computer applications, specifically Microsoft Excel/Word/PPT
• Proficiency with productivity tools such as G Suite or Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
