Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities -
• Develop a deep understanding of our target consumer and become his/her advocate
across company initiatives
• Design, build and maintain our presence across all digital channels
• Work with agencies and lead campaign development- Having deep knowledge in
running a 360-campaign, from brief creation to communication development, tactical
execution and analysis. Your work will be 70% SEM and 30% SEO
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and
performance based on the insights
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against
goals (ROI and KPIs). Build robust top of the funnel and manage rest of the funnel -
Incharge of CPI, Conversion and CAC metrics
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date. Have a pulse
on trending topics as well which will be shared with content team
• Collaborate with internal and external teams including content, product and ops and
marketing and design agencies to craft campaigns and decide on KPIs on campaigns
Experience You MUST Have
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. hands-on
experience in PPC on near and FB ecosystems
• Hands-on experience in PPC on near and FB ecosystems
• Should have experience with reporting tools in order to track every dollar on marketing spend with ROI
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, SEO, SEM, and other ecosystems with respect to content creation
• Experience with tools which helps to identify keywords and create campaigns
• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Heap, amplitude etc)
• A/B testing and multivariate experiments
• Comfortable with no-code website builders like Wix and Webflow
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns, FB campaigns
• Experience across the content and digital space in brand positioning/marketing team
