About The Role
• Set up, ideate, execute and optimize various digital marketing channels and acquisition strategies
• Working with a solid team and build efficient processes that result in great customer experience.

• app campaigns for Google, social (FB, Insta, LinkedIn, Twitter),
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with various stakeholders across design, content, product and business to understand the product and business metrics
• Identify various organic and paid channels that are relevant to
• Set up performance marketing across channels like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Programmatic, affiliates, etc.
• Create growth strategies and execution plans considering both organic and paid channel
• Create and own channel metrics; define and execute campaigns, work on budgets, efficiency and maximizing ROI
• Run experiments and A/B tests to understand customer behavior and find new audiences who might be interested in offerings
• Work with founding team to understand org goals and create plans to achieve them
SKILL-SETS REQUIRED
• Must have 5+ years of experience working on performance marketing campaigns for consumer products; fintech experience is a plus
• Understand app campaigns for Google, social (FB, Insta, LinkedIn, Twitter), programmatic and affiliate marketing
• Knowledge of using tools like Appsflyer, PowerBI, CleverTap, etc
• Proficient in excel and analytical skills with an analytical mindset; wanting to measure every part of the funnel.
Key Points
• 7-8 years’ experience in Marketing across Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing etc.
• Team Handling Role of- 2-4 people team.
• Should have handled a marketing budget of minimum 1.7 crs a year across all platforms.
• Work from Office
• Budget 21-25 LPA.
