• We are looking for a sales and marketing professional who believes in taking ownership and pressing accelerator.
• He or she must excel in legacy to digital transition ecommerce start-up culture.
• We're hiring a highly confident, experienced Digital Marketing Manager for a 120cr growing FMCG company based in Gurgaon/Delhi with a track record of managing large (10-20cr) digital marketing budgets.
• Must have a proven track record of delivering high growth, sustained results Beyond learning stage in career, he or she must lead Brand Strategy Management, Advertising Communication, Media Planning and Buying, New Brand Launches Consumer Activation and Customer Experience Loyalty Management.
Responsibilities
• Lead and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels for multiple FMCG brands in the highly competitive category of Beauty Personal Care
• Must authoritatively lead digital marketing agencies and support ecommerce teams with briefs to digital marketing agencies, creative agencies, social media teams etc.
• He or she will be responsible of brand wise budget planning, competitive share of voice analysis, media planning and execution, reviews.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance, ensuring full confidence in metrics and optimizing ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute impactful campaigns that align with brand objectives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in digital marketing efforts.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their growth and development in the digital marketing space.
• Manage day-to-day digital marketing operations with confidence and efficiency, demonstrating a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Harness the power of creativity to develop compelling brand stories, engage audiences in meaningful ways and develop loyal brand evangelists
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a specialization in digital marketing, analytics, or related fields. MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Proven experience of 8-10 years in digital marketing, with a strong track record of managing large budgets and driving results for FMCG brands.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
• Confident and assertive communication style, with the ability to express digital marketing concepts effectively.
• Sharp, analytical with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Familiarity with and strong understanding of digital and offline marketing campaigns of leading e-commerce and D2C FMCG brands
• Exceptional creative skills and practical knowledge of the softer nuances of brand building and storytelling in India and its sub regions (district-level)
