Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for the Head of E-Commerce and Growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies, driving sales growth, and optimizing customer acquisition channels. Key tasks will include overseeing online platform management, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align strategies. Additionally, the role involves establishing and refining business plans to enhance revenue and market reach.
We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Head of Ecommerce & Growth whose primary mandate is Shopify consulting, platform leadership, and D2C revenue growth.
This role blends Shopify technical authority, digital marketing leadership, and luxury brand commerce expertise to build a scalable, high-conversion, premium ecommerce ecosystem.
The role will function as:
• Shopify Platform Owner
• Digital Growth Strategist
• Revenue Leader for D2C Business
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Shopify / Shopify Plus architecture, optimisation, and platform scalability.
• Drive end-to-end ecommerce growth strategy including performance marketing and CRO.
• Ensure premium luxury digital experience across jewellery & apparel categories.
• Oversee website performance, UX innovation, and digital technology stack.
• Own ecommerce revenue targets, digital P&L, and growth forecasting.
• Build and lead high-performing ecommerce, marketing, and technology teams.
• Act as strategic advisor to founders on digital commerce and growth initiatives.
