Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on B2B marketing
within the ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services) industry. The ideal candidate will possess
in-depth knowledge of all digital marketing domains, including PPC, SEO, SEM, and related areas.
They will lead our in-house digital marketing team, driving strategies and initiatives to enhance our
online presence, generate leads, and support business growth in the B2B sector.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and manage a team of PPC, SEO, and SEM executives, fostering a collaborative and results-
driven environment.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
in B2B digital marketing.
Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, monitoring performance and optimizing strategies accordingly.
B2B Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored specifically to the B2B
market within the ITES industry.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with lead
generation and revenue goals.
Identify target audience segments, conduct market research, and develop messaging that resonates
with B2B decision-makers.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
Plan and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including
PPC, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
Manage campaign budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and generate high-
quality leads.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize
results.
Content Development and Thought Leadership:
Develop high-quality content assets, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and eBooks, to
engage B2B audiences and establish thought leadership.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create technical content that addresses the needs and pain
points of ITES industry professionals.
Leverage content marketing strategies to drive traffic, nurture leads, and support the sales funnel.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing
regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations
based on data analysis.
Communicate campaign results and ROI to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for
growth.
Qualifications:
Masters/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing within the ITES
industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing digital marketing teams to achieve business
objectives.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tactics, and best practices, with expertise in
PPC, SEO, SEM, and related areas.
Experience in content marketing and thought leadership initiatives targeted at B2B audiences.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google
Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven
decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-
functional teams and senior stakeholders.
