Job Summary -
Looking for a Digital Marketing Professional/Expert who can Handle all our Team Members, Hiring works, and Projects (i.e. Websites, YouTube & Social Media Handles) and will expand our Company's Brand presence by finding the Target Audience. You will Create and implement the Marketing Strategy using both Offline and Online any Methods to Gain New Customers, Leads.
The ideal candidate is both a Self-Motivated Individual and a Positive Team Leader/Player who can also Manage our Recruitment Process, from identifying potential Hires to Filtering, Scheduling, and evaluating Candidates. You will also play an essential part in Building a strong Employer/Team for our Company to ensure we attract, Hire and retain the most qualified Employees.
Responsibilities & Duties -
• Plan and execute Digital Marketing Campaigns
• Monitor and Analyze the effectiveness of Marketing Content
• Develop and Manage Websites, YouTube, Social Media Handles & Company's Brand presence
• Find and Target Audiences
• Prepare and present Reports regularly
• Stay up-to-date with the Latest Digital Marketing Trends and Best Practices
• Track, Report, and Analyze Website, YouTube & Social Media Analytics/Campaigns
• Research and Analyze Competitors
• Develop and implement Digital Marketing Strategy
• Collaborate with us to identify regular needs
• Capable of Working Independently & Communicating Properly.
• Honest, Dependable, and Self-Motivated to deliver Work Timely.
Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications -
• Professional Experience in Digital Marketing
• Proven Work experience as a Digital Marketing, Team Leader, Marketing or similar Role
• Excellent & Solid Verbal, Communication and Organizational Skills
• Bachelor’s/Master's Degree or any type of Media or Marketing Degree (related field)
• Good Writing/Communicating Skills, as well as the ability to communicate & Collaborate with anyone Effectively
• Experience with Analytics Tools regarding the Websites, YouTube or Social Media.
• Sound Judgment & Polite behaviour
