Role Overview:
Neuro Equilibrium is looking for Digital Marketing Manager for Jaipur location. This role will be leading entire digital marketing initiatives of the organization along with a team of digital marketers who will be working on SEO, SMO, Paid advertisements, email marketing, digital content and overall digital branding of the organization.
What is the role like:
In the capacity of Digital Marketing Manager, Potential employee will be responsible for leads and demand generation along with ROI, P&L responsibility. Additional responsibilities, this role will have, are as below:
· Formulating and executing Organization’s digital marketing strategy across all the marketing channels.
· Will be managing complete lead generation activities through various social media channels.
· Will be analyzing the sales trends based on the digital initiatives to meet lead generation ideas.
· Online / digital content management.
· Will be preparing marketing budgets and plans to execute within the approved budget.
· Will be seeing and analyzing SEO and analytics data to make complex decisions.
· Will be Managing initiatives aimed at increasing traffic, driving customer engagement and conversions.
· Will be working with the team to design email marketing campaigns.
· Will be managing the performance of call centre for converting the leads
· Will be Collaborating with cross functional teams to optimize user experiences.

· An excellent communicator and goal oriented.
· A good researcher about the latest technology trends in the field of digital marketing.

· Prior experience of managing/ interacting with call center will be preferable
· Should have a positive, collaborative and solutions focused personality.
· Leadership skills and qualities to handle, manage and mentor entire Digital Marketing team.
