We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our startup software product company in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Develop and maintain the company's social media presence, including creating engaging content and managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design and engineering teams, to ensure that digital marketing campaigns are aligned with company objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and make recommendations for new tools or strategies to improve performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 1-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience with marketing automation tools, email marketing, and social media management.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM and PPC.
• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing is a plus.
