Job Description:
We are searching for a highly-creative digital marketing manager to lead our marketing team. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Monitor the campaign on a weekly basis and optimize it to maintain volume, CPL, and conversions
• Landings page management, GTM implementation, lead gen simplification
• Communicate about the campaign update/performance to the stakeholders.
• Benchmarking with the competition, identifying areas of growth for the brand through social campaigns to influence consideration
• Work closely with the creative team to develop assets for social and digital campaigns
• Close monitoring of target keyword basket, web traffic, GA maintenance, and traffic targets
• Implement best practices for on-page and off-page SEO calendar to sustain growth in organic traffic.
• Work closely with partners, agencies and suppliers to ensure campaign performance and KPI’s are achieved
• Support Partnership team in creating strategies and campaign ideas for partner platforms.
• Uncover new opportunities and develop strategies in increase sales/ conversion across multiple products.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements and Skills:
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords & Facebook Meta campaigns
· Experience with CRM / Team-Project Management software (ASANA, Slack), MS Office (particularly MS Excel), Sales presentation software (CANVA), and analytics platforms
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to analyse the financial viability of commercial opportunities.
• Ability to multi-task, delegate and prioritize key deliverables.
• Ability to work effectively in an Australia/India cross-cultural environment.
Qualification & Experience:
· Degree or similar qualification in business, marketing or any other closely related field.
• Minimum experience of 4-7 years as a digital marketing manager in a corporate brand, B2B/B2C industry, digital agency will be a plus
