JOB DESCRIPTION
What you will be doing:
• Devise and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites within brand guidelines
• Devise and execute the social media strategy for both hotel and F&B outlet
• Assist DOS with monthly owners reporting and annual marketing, promotions and PR plans
• Constant review of web analytics and implement changes as necessary and working with third party providers as necessary
• Foster strong local partnerships to increase destinational awareness via PR opportunities, online visibility and printed information
• Management of online brand and product campaigns on social media platform.
• Management of the hotel website, social media and third party listings to improve usability, design, content and conversion rates
• Creation and design of marketing collateral for all areas of the hotel
• Coordination with graphic designers and printing suppliers to produce and update collateral and signage
• Develop and maintain the various media/PR databases of the hotel and key relationships and communicate regularly regarding promotions, events and opportunities
• Champion PR, Communications and Marketing activities within the business units
• Participate in all Regional and National Campaigns, that support the hotel strategy and ensure campaigns are animated at hotel level

Your experience and skills includes.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications in Hotels or F & B industry.
• A creative flair and a natural ability to generate ideas to engage our guests
• Be comfortable designing collateral and using design software (Canva or other adobe software)
• Have experience using a camera to create video and still image content
• A history of managing and leading projects such as video or photo shoots with third party providers
• The ability to work within a team and develop their skills. train, coach and motivate our future leaders
• Highly organised self-starter with the ability to effectively manage priorities
• Projects a professional image through presentation and interpersonal skills
• Have the ability to think on their feet and problem solve
• A high standard of grooming and presentation
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English on a business level; additional languages are a plus
