Charitism.com, a donation crowd-funding platform, was in 2026 with the purpose of providing everyday donors with 100 percent transparency in the utilization of their charitable contributions to non-profit organizations.
With the support of 70,000+ contributors, we have funded INR 2.5 crore+ in relief material and impacted 5 lacs+ lives by delivering 4.5 lac cooked food meals, 5000 dry ration kits, 2000 blankets, and feeding 17500 stray animals with the help of 10+ NGOs. Our donors love us for bringing them a safe and secure way to donate, which drives our small team of ten youngsters to work tirelessly.
Responsibilities
• Plan, execute & optimize digital campaigns across Google /Facebook / Instagram & other digital publishers.
• Work with the Graphic and Video team & share critical data-based insights that help them plan & create better creatives, both video & static.
• Guide the overall marketing of the platform on various fronts including SEO, CRM strategy, Mailer campaigns, Donor retention programs, Monthly Giving programs, Volunteer Programs, etc.
• Find and target audiences
• Ensure adaptation of the latest digital practices & tools to drive higher efficiencies across media campaigns
• Work with the tech and operation team in maintaining data on a regular basis by capturing data points a day, week & monthly levels.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience working on digital mandates that involve planning, execution & presentation of plans around Google / Facebook / Data Studio, etc.
• The right mix of data-centricity & creative point of view
• Sharp articulation, should be able to convert data points into simple insights for teams & for CXO level
• MBA is not mandatory. The minimum should be a graduate
• Comes with an ownership mindset and the ability to manage a team
