We're looking for a strategic leader to develop, execute, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all channels. You'll be responsible for everything from SEO/SEM and social media to email marketing and display advertising.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and run all digital marketing initiatives (SEO/SEM, email, social media, display ads)
• Design, build, and manage our social media presence
• Track and analyze campaign performance, measure ROI and KPIs
• Identify trends, optimize spend, and brainstorm growth strategies
• Run A/B tests, optimize landing pages, and improve user experience
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Stay ahead of the curve on digital marketing trends and technologies
Requirements:
• Marketing degree + proven experience in digital marketing
• Experience leading and managing digital campaigns across channels
• Creativity with a knack for audience engagement
• Experience with conversion optimization, A/B testing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Knowledge of ad serving tools and Google Ads
• Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
