Job Description
Beinex is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will join our Digital Marketing Team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that promote our brand, products, and services. This hands-on role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Lead the development of digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and brand identity.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., PPC, SEO, email, social media) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights to continuously monitor and improve campaign performance, and report on key metrics to the executive team.
• Budget Management: Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively to achieve desired results.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to ensure the development and distribution of compelling and engaging digital content.
• SEO and SEM: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve organic and paid search visibility.
• Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a robust social media strategy to enhance brand presence and engage with the target audience.
• Technology Utilization: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing technologies and trends, and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
Key Skills Requirements:
• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
