Role Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Manager - Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive lead generation strategies across various digital channels. Your primary goal will be to generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads that align with our target audience and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and implement data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Strategy:
• Develop, implement, and continually refine a data-driven lead generation strategy that aligns with our target market and business objectives.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and success of lead generation initiatives.
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
• Create and manage effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to PPC advertising, social media, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
Content Marketing:
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content that attracts and nurtures leads throughout the buyer's journey.
• Utilize content marketing strategies to drive inbound traffic and encourage lead engagement.
Conversion Optimization:
• Optimize landing pages, forms, and other conversion points to increase lead capture and improve the overall conversion rate.
• Conduct A/B tests and implement best practices to improve lead generation performance continually.
Marketing Automation:
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing processes and create personalized customer journeys.
• Develop automated workflows to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of lead generation efforts and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other relevant stakeholders to align lead generation efforts with overall marketing and business goals.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on lead generation performance and progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role with a focus on lead generation.
• In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and lead generation tactics.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
